Design Approval Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing our handmade products. To ensure clarity and alignment, please review and agree to the following terms regarding design approval:

1. Handmade Craftsmanship

   • All products are crafted by hand, resulting in slight variations in texture, color, and finish. These differences are inherent to the handmade process and add to the uniqueness of each piece.​

2. Mock-Up Accuracy

   • Approved design mock-ups serve as a close representation of the final product. While we strive for accuracy, minor adjustments may occur due to material properties, artistic interpretation, or production techniques.

3. Approval Process

   • Once a design is submitted for approval, any requested modifications must be communicated before production begins. After approval, changes may not be possible and will incur additional costs.

4. Production Timeline & Adjustments

   • Production timelines are estimates and may vary based on material availability and complexity. We will communicate any significant delays promptly.

5. Returns & Alterations

   • Due to the custom nature of handmade products, returns or exchanges are only permitted in cases of defects or incorrect orders. Adjustments made post-production may be subject to additional fees.

6. Agreement to Terms

   • By approving the design, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions, understanding that the final product will be crafted with the utmost care and as close to the mock-up as possible.
